| Child Find is a free program within the public school systems designed to identify children from birth through twenty-one years of age who may have special needs. Free developmental services are provided statewide by Child Find programs for children from birth to 5 years with developmental disabilities. |

In partnership with professionals, RAFT:
- Coordinates early childhood resources in Larimer County.
- Provides resource information through parent and professional team partnerships.
- Coordinates the activities of local interagency networks.
- Facilitates the Interagency Resource Team.
- Sponsors Larimer County’s Interagency Coordinating Council for local implementation of Part C of IDEA.
