coordinates services and supports for children, from birth to age three, and their families who are eligible for Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). When a family has a baby or toddler with special needs (or they suspect that their baby may have special needs), life may be more complicated than they expected. Early Childhood Connections for Infants, Toddlers and Families brings together available local, state and federal resources to assist families in meeting their unique needs.
